A pressure cooker is useful for cooking stews that would take several hours in 60 minutes or less.
What is less useful is pressure cookers tend to be huge
So why not have a mini pressure cooker instead?
Something that can take three litres (a lot of stew) but at at 14" high and 8 1/4 won`t take up much room.
Something light weight, but thick based so that it will be handy as a regular pot too.
Something made from aluminium alloy for great conductivity.
If you are looking for a handy pressure cooker, with the mini pressure cooker you may be onto something.
